2015 AWT EXPO Report from Nashville
QualiChem just finished up the AWT show in Nashville last week. What a great show and what a great town!!
A Busy Week at the AWT EXPO
With seven members of our team there, we had a busy week filled with meeting new people, current customers and suppliers. The show attendance levels again exceeded previous year’s numbers. The venue certainly helped as Nashville is a fun town and our week was capped off by the Awards dinner at the Country Music Hall of Fame. We were able to enjoy the museum, good food and great live music during the event.
Three days were filled with working our booth at the EXPO. We met some great people and shared times with many of our existing customers who attended the show. Some of our group also attended many of the technical presentations and discussion sessions. With everything going on in the water treatment industry this year, the Legionella session was probably the most crowded. As always, there were a few new products introduced, including some new polymers by Akzo Nobel. We’ll have to see which of these new products captures the markets interest over the next year.
Again, another great AWT show but we are glad to be back at the office working with our customers and sharing some of what we learned. QualiChem will see you next year as the AWT moves the annual meeting to San Diego in 2016.
